and a little rebrand

hi friends!

you’re receiving this email because some time in the past ~2 years you were on my salon newsletter. I’ve rebranded my events from “Kasra’s Salons” to Midnight Cafe, and have created an accompanying instagram page. (I’ve been hosting a bunch of things the past few months and just haven’t gotten around to posting here, sorry 😬).

going forward, I’m intending to share updates here and on that page about upcoming events, as well as occasional reflections. soon I will share some sort of mission statement on what I think Midnight Cafe could be.

our next event will be a small potluck dinner in Bedstuy on Sunday Dec 4th, where everyone will bring food to share and something they’ve been curious about lately – a book, a movie, an idea, etc etc. we have a few spots open, so if you’re interested, fill in this 10-second form.

spots generally fill up fast, so you’ll hear from me if there’s space. if not, you can always join the next one!

what about zoom events?
